Metal nails are custom made to fit the customers own finger nails, so this requires a studio visit to have a mould made of the desired finger/fingers, a cast is then made and used to make the metal nail.

 

 The metal nails are glued into place much like traditional plastic press on nails are and can be removed by soaking in acetone for around 10 minutes.

 

 Due to the nature of these pieces Simon cannot offer interstate or international orders at this stage. Unless you can pay him a visit at his Melbourne studio or it might be possible to make one from a high quality cast of your finger/nail that you have made and sent him.
