SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We provide complementary shipping with orders over $500 via Australia post Express post service requiring a signature on delivery. Orders under $500 will receive a small shipping fee at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has be dispatched. Standard delivery times to metro postcodes is the next business day, if you are outside of the metro area delivery may take an additional working day or two.  

 

INTERNATIONAL

We provide complementary shipping for all orders over $1000 via DHL international with signature. Orders under $1000 will receive a small shipping fee at check out. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has be dispatched. Delivery times will vary depending on your country you are in. 

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be liable for import taxes and/or customs duties. It is your responsibility to pay these taxies and/or duties for your order to be released from customs. We are not responsible for these requirements. Please check your local custom office for more information.

​All jewellery pieces are custom made to order unless stated otherwise. All sales are final and deposits are non-refundable. There are no returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact us immediately if any pieces have be damaged while being shipped.
